Dr. Chris Johnson, DDS
Dr. Johnson is a graduate of St. John’s University and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry with honors in 1996. In 1997 he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Balboa Hospital, San Diego and Naval Dental Center Southwest.
Dr. Johnson served as a Naval Dental Officer for three years, primarily stationed in Japan. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, Rotary International, and the Chamber of Commerce. He is also an associate professor of restorative dentistry at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
In his spare time, Dr. Johnson spends time with his wife Debbie and their three children Kyah, Kaden, and Kendrie. In his really spare time he loves playing hockey and enjoying the outdoors.
Dr. David Harvieux, DDS
After graduating from Minnetonka High School, Dr. Harvieux attended the University of Minnesota Duluth and the University Of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He graduated with honors in 1996. Dr. Harvieux completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C. He went on to serve two years at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. At Vandenberg, Dr. Harvieux was the Officer in Charge of the Oral Surgery Department.
Dr. Harvieux is dedicated to continuing education and strongly believes in learning everything he can about dentistry and passing this knowledge onto his patients. Not only does he participate in many local study clubs, he also is a graduate of the prestigious Kois Center in Seattle. Dr. Harvieux collaborates with other specialists who share his philosophy. These collaborations are critical in providing his patients with extraordinary care.
Dr. Harvieux is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, and the Rotary International.
From coaching his children in youth activities to frequenting local activities, Dr.Harvieux is an active member of the community. He lives in Chaska with his wife Rachel and their children Gavin, Xavier and Eva. In his spare time, Dr. Harvieux enjoys hunting, biking and other physical activities.
Sue, Patient Coordinator
Sue has been with Town Dental since 2000. She has over 30 years of experience in the dental field. She enjoys working with the wonderful team members at Town Dental, as they all share the same caring attitude toward patients. The most rewarding part of Sue’s job is to ensure the best possible experience for patients from the time they walk in the door to when they leave. She strives for excellence in all she does and works to build trust with all patients.
Dawn, Dental Assistant
Dawn has been with Chaska Town Dental since 2003. She has her dental assisting national board certification (DANB) and is a licensed dental assistant. She enjoys learning the latest advances in dentistry and helping patients feel at ease during their appointments. Some of her hobbies include fishing, playing softball and volleyball. Summer is her favorite time of year, and she tries to spend as much time in Northern MN as she can.
Colleen, Dental Hygienist
Colleen grew up in Shakopee, MN and received her Hygiene degree from Normandale College. Colleen has been practicing hygiene for 19 years and currently works in our Chaska location. Colleen lives in Shakopee with her husband, Bob, and children, Erik and Shae. She enjoys traveling and being involved with her children’s activities. Colleen has a strong commitment and passion for helping her patients achieve optimal oral health. Her outgoing and caring nature is what our patients love most about her!
